Waterjet Cutting

Waterjets work by mixing an abrasive, such as garnet, with a stream of high-pressure water that is forced through a tiny hole.  This concentrates the resulting stream with an extreme amount of cutting power capable of slicing through just about anything.  It cuts virtually any shape without heat and leaves a clean edge, eliminating the need for secondary finishing.  Waterjet cutting is truly a versatile machining process.

No material distortion
